Elkhorn Creek Kayak Fishing Series Results; Aug. 15, 2012

On Wednesday, August 15^th there was a good turnout for the Canoe KY
ECKFS. With weather pretty much as expected for the middle of August and the water levels strong, the fishing turned out just as strong for this evening’s tournament.

There were a couple of ties, both for second and fifth place, really highlighting how tough the competitors are. Who would have expected the weekly totals to be so close?

TJ Strong came in 1st this week with this catch putting him over the top.

Hey, I’d love to see an interview with the top three telling us where they cast to catch their big ones, what baits they used, type of gear and any other little hints they would pass along about fishing the Elkhorn Creek. Great job guys (and gal).
