RiverBassin Trail Results: Frankfort, KY

Louisville KY, Taylor Maione makes her kayak fishing tournament debut at the 2011 RiverBassin Tournament Trail held in Frankfort, KY and presented by Canoe Kentucky  Taylor took a first place finish in both the Youth Division and the Female division.

Did I mention that Taylor is also one of our very own YakAnglette’s.  Well, sort of, she’s a little young to be cruising the internet by herself but her dad, a YakAngler Pro-Staffer, keeps us frequently up to date on Taylor’s Catches.Taylor_bassTaylor, age 7, the youngest entrant in the RiverBassin Tournament lead the youth division and Female division with 19.25 inches. Her first place prize for the Youth Division was her very own Jackson “Day Tripper” kayak.taylor_kayakPrizes and other results for the day can be seen below:

1st Place Individual Division – Jackson Coosa

1st Place Team Division – 10′ NuCanoe

1st Place Female Division – Hook 1 Gift Card


Karl Hudson took the first place Individual division.


Congratulations to all that participated and took home prizes at this event.  Overall, this was a great tournament that I look forward to participating in again in the future. We would like to offer a big thank you to Canoe KY for hosting this tournament!
